Let’s play the tuba

in our opinion, the best plastic surgery is that for which there is no need to perform, but when TUBA appeared on the stage, many surgeons thought it was the answer to all their prayers. This is not about a musical instrument, TUBA is a recently developed method to perform cosmetic plastic breast implant surgery. It is an acronym for Trans Umbilical Breast Augmentation. First performed during the nineties, the intention was to minimize the scar tissue that traditional breast implants surgeries would leave around the breast. By many doctors considered to be the best plastic surgery, it has many downsides, as we will see.

It basically consists of an incision made around the belly button or navel. From there a series of tubes are inserted until they reach the final position of the implants (go figure!).

They may be placed on the pectoral muscle, or right below it. The latter is reserved for women with scarce breast tissue. Number one fact: a series of tubes, among which there is an implant sizer and an endoscope are introduced in your body, all along the belly. Not a nice sensation.

As with liposuction, this operation has to be performed with total anesthesia, another down side of it. Implants are placed rolled like a taco, and they are inflated with saline solution, until desired size and position are reached.

Even while performing the best plastic surgery, nasty consequences like damages to the nerves, hematoma -accumulation of blood-, infection risks, swelling and pain are some of the ordeals patients might experience.

Going after the best plastic surgery

Imagine the ideal scenario. Money is no problem, so you decide to indulge yourself, and go for that best plastic surgery you have been fantasizing about ever since you left adolescence. You might want to think twice.

Do not fool yourself, as any other human industry, plastic surgery is a profit seeking activity, and there is nothing wrong with it. But the question arises when certain facts are disguised, so as to entice you to “buy” their products, no question asked.

When it comes to making up your mind to undergo a plastic surgery, the wisest thing to do is to make a clear distinction between your role as a customer and your role as a patient. This is like marriage. The moment you say “I do”, you make a commitment, and your role as a bride ceases to become a wife. When you agree to undergo a surgery, you have already bought, so, you cease to be a customer, and you become a patient. This distinction is relevant, because as a patient, you yield you power, the dominant position you had when you were a customer. As a customer, they had to convince you to buy, but as a patient, you need to do what your doctor tells you.

When you are still at the customer’s phase, you have to take advantage of this, and inform yourself. It is the moment to have a cold mind, and to ponder over every aspect involved thoroughly. Exercise your right to choose. For instance, a particular doctor may strongly advise certain type of surgery, only because he is very skilled at it, or he feels more comfortable performing it, not because it is the best plastic surgery for you.

The fixation of men with the breasts

What is it with men? Many of us, even after maturing and growing as persons, have not been able yet to find a proper answer, and we still keep wondering and amazing at the simplicity of the manly mind, as if we were still ten.

Let me tell you, it seems at occasions that men have kosten borstvergroting one and only one thing in their minds -notice I restrained myself from using epithets as “tiny” or “shallow”- and that is the feminine breasts.

It is a scientific fact that, if the decision to hire an employee rests upon a man, most probably the best looking candidate -if she meets the minimal requirements for the job, and times not even this!- is selected to cover a position, in spite of other, not so good looking candidates who may be more qualified or competent.

I have to conclude that the most secure formula for feminine success is a smart mind encased in a beautiful body, especially one with good breasts. No matter how much of an feminine activist you might be. I am not saying you have to like this, it is just a simple observation of reality, easily checkable by anybody. The breasts, in particular full, rounded, perky, young breasts, are at the center of the human mind, nowadays, and they have been since the origin of mankind.

You have a chance to make a winner of yourself. Try herbal pills and creams to enhance the breast, and become an eligible bachelorette, or candidate for a job position. Change the wrapping of you brains and start enjoying success.
